I want to join (or help build) an egalitarian, income-sharing community in or near New England (US). I want simple, sustainable, communal, connected living. Some models: the Federation of Egalitarian Communities, Gaviotas, the Rhizome Collective. Some ideas: growing food, getting close, eating local, zero waste, clear communication, eventually off the grid. Urban, rural, or urban and rural. Four people to forty. Is there an income sharing community in New England? Want to create one?

I bought two acres off grid IN CENTRAL SOUTHERN OREGON....not too far from CA.....need some help from like minded folks....

I am seeking individuals who are interested in: Permaculture, cob building, gardening, composting, off grid, nature, Rainbow Family, peaceful living, being community minded, who have an adventurous spirit and aren't afraid of a little bit of work.....

Art and music a big huge PLUS.....

Seeking like minded folks: non violent forms of communication (except in an emergency)..... my space is rather remote but near a little town of about 300 people..we all watch out for each other here and help each other out thru thick and thin, wind, rain, blizzards, mud, sunshine and droughts.

I would have to do a screening process of anyone seriously interested in coming out here to stay even temporarily. We could do a trial basis and then talk about the future...let's see where it all goes....in the meantime I JUST NEED SHORT TERM HELP ie: 1-3 months at a time....

I have a million dollar view of a valley and river from my property, some of it has trees, the rest is flat land...plenty of space for gardening....etc. I have an trailer Im using for a guest house, with a double bed in it...there is also space for camping......

Need very trustworthy people here....kind, compassionate...peaceful....no alcohol here...please.

Stone Garden Farm and Village has an available cabin and other spaces open for individuals or couples (kids very welcome) who are interested in helping with organic gardening, animal husbandry, running one of our 19th-century shops, or helping teach classes on homesteading/sustainability skills. "Tumala Mountain Sanctuary" - looking for dedicated people to help make this dream a reality. Vegetarian, spiritual, art community on 26 acres, 45 minutes from Portland Oregon. Nature & keeping it beautiful & inviting for wildlife is the main focus. In process of change the land to Wildlife Riparian designation. Would also be interested in animal rescue. House is 2300 sq. ft. in need of some work but livable - a 20 ft. self contained yurt, an old 27 ft Silverstream trailer, garden shed, orchard (needs some help), big trees, lots of room for growing organic food (has not been sprayed in over 27 years. Also - there is the possibility for an existing group to lease or purchase the land. Richard
