We want to form a non-denominational, faith-based community around the principle of ‘sharing all things’. We believe that the only good use for money is using it to get rid of the need for it. We have no interest in ownership or the building up of credit or equity. We believe that the profit motive is a major element to be left behind in the formation of alternative and intentional community. We believe it to be a time when everything that we’ve ever been taught should come under our close scrutiny, especially everything that is referred to as ‘the real world’. We believe in living life from a proactive stance which means that we do not oppose anything but rather live ‘for’ something which we believe to be a better way of being and living in this world. We believe that the only structure needed in our lives is one that sees to it that all people have the amenities of life abundantly and without competition and the existence of social classes based on material ‘holdings’.

Cappy and I have finally moved onto the property in McNeal Az. We have 4 permanent structures including a 35' travel trailer, pickup camper mounted above the ground, an electric house for the solar inverter and panels, and a 65' single wide mobile home. The perimeter fence is almost complete and we are slowly getting the basic needs in place. We are looking for individuals or couples to share the experience with us. We dont have a religious agenda. We would like to grow as much food as we can to eat and sell, find a way to market the natural resources on the property or to start some kind of for profit enterprise on the property. We are located at the base of a small Butte that rises above the valley. I have thoughts we could put a low power radio station on the top of the Butte. We have just started to bounce ideas around as to what we could do out here. 40 acres seems big enough to do anything we want to do. If you are interested please email at gordo6556@gmail.com. We can open a dialogue and go from there. We are looking for a caretaker to be on the property during the weekdays 24-7 and weekends off. Salary would be negotiable. We share some meals, family-style, & rotate cooking & dish-washing.
We attune before meals & work.
We do weekly 'sharing circles' & might read from a favorite book or two,—like, Penny Kelly’s “Robes,” or a Neale Walsch book; & then discuss things, & propose actions;
meditate, make consensus decisions, & take action.
We have 2 barns to renovate as living/utility bldgs.
We ask $125/mo r&b. Other expenses as may be agreed upon. Will share our 3-BR, book-lined, non-smoking, minimal TV home.
Four Step Business Plan: 1) Sell at farmers mkts; 2) CSA (subscription farm); 3)Producers/Consumers Co-Op; 4) Possible Businesses: Perennials; baked goods; make tempeh; pit greenhouse; Etc.
