Community With Opening Goose Pond Community On 3/8/2012
Affordable living in 232 acre land trust/homeowners association on lake. For mature, sustainable living, activist folk. At end of dirt road, we have mature forest, lake and mountain views and frontage, swimming, trails. Three households now, would like 2 to 4 more to create cooperative community. Each member owns 10-25 acres land and helps steward 150 acres of common land. Decisions by modified consensus.
